When Sky Net was opened, Logitude was the first operating system we used, so we had no real challenges. We have used other operating systems in the past at other companies but most of our challenges in our industry are not related to operating systems, but more internal practices, and carrier issues. Having a system that is efficient and not having to spend unnecessary time going from screen to screen is very helpful to us.

Cost, ease of operation of the system.

When requested we have been given great support and training when needed.

I would say yes. It’s a very good system for us.
