I want to take this opportunity, as your trusted Freight Forwarding Software and partner, to update you on the measures Logitude World has taken and continues to take, to ensure the business continuity to our customers and partners, as well as for the safety of our customers and employees around the world.
First of all, we want to reassure you that our SaaS services will continue to operate without interruption. We recognize that our systems are a critical element in your business flow, and it is essential that they continue to operate so that you can continue focusing to service your customers.
To minimize the risk of COVID-19 infection amongst our staff, their families, and our customers, several measures have been introduced over the past weeks. As a further precaution, we have now suspended all non-mission critical business travel for our employees. As of this week, although our offices remain open, we are operating primarily based on a Work From Home (WFH) operating model until at least mid-April. We have implemented tools and procedures for our staff to operate remotely as if they were in the office and as such, will provide the same service as if on-premise.
As you may appreciate, we are all in the middle of a fast moving situation and Logitude World is monitoring the situation daily. We will provide further updates should there be any significant change to our pandemic action plan.
