1- What were Sky Net’s major challenges in freight forwarding operations before implementing Logitude?

When Sky Net was opened, Logitude was the first operating system we used, so we had no real challenges. We have used other operating systems in the past at other companies but most of our challenges in our industry are not related to operating systems, but more internal practices, and carrier issues. Having a system that is efficient and not having to spend unnecessary time going from screen to screen is very helpful to us.

2- During your search for new freight management software, what helped you make a decision?

Cost, ease of operation of the system.

3- What kind of training and support has Logitude provided your team to ensure optimal usage of the system? 

When requested we have been given great support and training when needed.

4- Has Logitude impacted the efficiency and productivity of the teams at Sky Net?

I would say yes. It’s a very good system for us.

5- What specific features of Logitude software were most helpful to you?

The dashboard is very helpful, as is the quote feature and the overall ease of going from screen to screen.
