We at Logitude World S.A. ( collectively, “Logitude”, “we” and “us”) know you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. Personal Information related to the use of the Services are kept for the duration of the agreement entered with the customer, as well as for a maximum period of 10 years after the termination of the said agreement corresponding to the duration of the applicable time limit for Court actions.

Personal Information you submit on the Websites is sent and stored in CMS WordPress (US Based) and also primarily imported into Logitude’s own CRM which is hosted by Microsoft Azure as a cloud solution in Frankfurt. This agreed process on Logitude’s behalf.
Please note that Logitude may be required to disclose Personal Information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law. enforcement requirements.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any Personal Information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
