Very comprehensive system with great functionalities to manage both sea and air freight forwarding.

It is a very comprehensive system with sensible opertional field placements and visibility of data. Also what we like is the management of profitability of each shipment. Quite easy to use. The work flow is quite chronological which is easy for the operational staff to update.

The system is not so intuitive and the graphical user interface looks dated and need a significant refresh to look new age. However, this does not affect the operational management in any way.
