Dashboards – Logitude Native 

Unlock Sustainable Business Growth

Logitude’s built-in dashboards provide real-time insights without the need to switch between different platforms. Seamlessly integrated with existing features and data sources, Logitude’s dashboards use your existing data to generate helpful visuals, saving you time and effort. Logitude’s Built-In Dashboards provide additional advantages:

  • Enhanced User Experience: With dashboards natively built into Logitude, it offers a more cohesive and intuitive user experience.
  • Improved Data Accuracy: Dashboards pull data directly from Logitude’s database, ensuring that the information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Increased Efficiency: Users can access important metrics and KPIs without leaving Logitude’s software, streamlining workflows and decision-making processes.

 With this release, we are excited to introduce some new features:

  • Simplify management by creating General Dashboards that are sharable and still support the privacy of your data: 
    • Locking Global Filters: You can filter data across multiple widgets in your dashboard and control access to data by locking global filters so users see only specific data.
    • Salesman Access to Dashboards: Salesman now has access to the dashboards module, and admins can now create and share dashboards. 
  • More Options for Managing Dates: 
    • Group Dates by Weeks: You can now organize widgets by weeks instead of individual dates, and the starting day of the week can be defined in local settings.
    • The advanced KPI option allows you to compare metrics across different periods. The new “Custom Range” option gives you control over the exact comparison period.

Digital Portal 

Your Visibility Channel with Your Customers

Logitude’s Branded Web Portal offers a seamless digital experience that strengthens customer relationships by providing instant updates on shipments and quotes. We help you retain customers while reducing your team’s workload. Discover the new features that we added to the Digital Portal:

  • View Quotation Document in Shipments 

Using Logitude’s Quotes Module, you are providing your customers with a great tool to have everything visible on a single platform. They can view the quotation file attached to their shipment documents, enabling easy comparison with AR invoices.

  • Shipment Report: Customers can download shipment data easily and quickly 

New columns have been added to the report in the digital portal, displaying the master and long master numbers, shipment departure and arrival dates, pickup and delivery dates, and any exceptions related to the shipment.

  • Quote Self-Service: Let your customers take control

Your customers can now directly accept or decline your offers and track the status of their quotes, whether they’ve been approved or not. They can also monitor the status of sent quotes to see if they’ve been accepted or declined. (Available for First Class Package).

  • Transport Mode Variable Now Translated in Emails

It is now possible to see the transport mode variable translated into your language while using this variable when sending emails. 

BI Reports 

Transforming Data into Action

Experience effortless reporting with our updated BI Reports Module. Now, you can quickly access Logitude Data Warehouse and discover valuable business intelligence.

  • (New) Opportunities Fact is now part of the Data warehouse  

The Opportunity fact has been integrated into our BI reports, enabling detailed reporting with opportunity data. You can track sales pipeline progress, conduct Win/Loss Analysis, and evaluate Sales Performance by Opportunity Owner.

  • Localization for your specific needs 

The ‘WeekNum in Year’ in the dates fields of your BI report is adapted to the first day of the week configuration in local settings.

Operational Accounting 

Organizing Your Accounting Data

Logitude Operational Accounting is an exceptional solution for freight forwarders. We’re continually enhancing it based on your valuable feedback.

  • Manage Customers Refund

To make it easier to return funds to your customers when their payment exceeds the invoice amount or is made in error, we now offer a refund option for AR Payments. It is also fully supported by the Logitude Generic Interface. 

  • Enhanced AP Invoice Printing

We’ve made AP invoice processing easier by allowing you to drag and drop vendor invoices directly onto the main page of the AP/DN CN document in Logitude. This replaces manual entry and separate document uploads. The uploaded invoice is included in the printable version of the AP/DN CN document.

  • Multiple Shipment AP Invoice – Used for Statements/Trackers Invoices 

With the new layout designed to simplify connecting shipments in multiple shipment AP Invoices, you can now benefit from the following features:

  •       New look for the shipment selection.
  •       Add Multiple Shipments: Use the multi-selection feature to add shipments at once, avoiding repeated searches.
  •       Advanced Filtering: Differentiate between Master and House Shipments and include open payables.
  •       Unselect All Option: Users can now unselect all chosen shipments with a single click, avoiding the need to deselect them individually.
  • Offsetting in A/R Payments and Statement Report

To improve the accuracy of your financial statements and provide better insights into receivables and payments, you can now manage offsets in A/R payments, which will be correctly reflected in the statement report. 

  • Bank Transfer Details in A/P Payment 

Manage bank account details directly in AP Payment. Simply select the bank account for the payment transfer, and the bank code, account number, and currency will auto-fill. This data is also included in the XML file generated by the Generic/Advanced Interfaces.

  • Filter « Shipment Charges Analysis Report » by AR/AP Dates

The new filters enable you to analyze shipment receivables and payables based on invoices within a specific date range, excluding those outside this range and any open lines.

Integration with Accounting Software 

  • Improvements in  QuickBooks Integration

We expand the integration for QuickBooks Online Plus and Advance users by mapping shipment numbers to QuickBooks custom fields in A/R invoices and QuickBooks class tracking for both A/P and A/R invoices. This enables precise tracking and accurate classification of invoices in QuickBooks. 

  • E-Invoice Number in A/P and A/R Invoices

To support e-invoicing regulations, e-invoice numbers from Accounting software or manually entered are now included in A/P and A/R invoices and featured in the invoice printing process for complete documentation and compliance.

  • Improvements in Logitude Generic Interfaces for AR & AP  Payments 

You can now include currencies and exchange rates for all invoices in the AR/AP Payment in Logitude’s Generic Interface, ensuring accurate information about the currencies involved. 

Shipments 

Accurate and Effortless Freight Shipping

  • Additional UM to Support Correct Pricing

To manage more automatic options for pricing for shipments and Consolidations/groupage shipments include prorating options of charges assigned to houses based on the UOM specified in the charge type. 

  • Origin and Destination Warehouses in Drop Shipment

Take control of your drop shipments by mastering both origin and destination warehouses. Achieve pinpoint accuracy in tracking and ensure seamless transitions for every shipment.

Quotes and Tariffs 

Streamlined Pricing and Quoting

  • Auto-Fill Sales Prices Based on Cost Price Check

When generating costs from tariffs in your quotes using a price check, sale prices will be automatically filled in. You can then adjust any charges as needed without starting from scratch.

  • Improved Relationship Between Shipments, Quotes, and Tariffs

When building a shipment from a quote or pricing a quote from a tariff, more fields will be automatically copied.

  • Price Check for Routing Rate

Perform a price check for your routing rate quotes based on the price of one container. This ensures that all relevant prices are accurately received and managed when generating charges for Routing Quotes.

  • Export/Import Sales Tariff

Logitude’s sales tariffs for local charges help you optimize pricing by categorizing customers based on loyalty and spending. Offer special discounts to VIPs and generate BI reports for quotes and shipments.

Automation

Reducing Your Manual Workload

  • Automation Library

New templates of automation definitions were added. Just choose the “Add from Template” option and you can use them 

  •  Send Document Copies 

Now, you can select which document copy to send when defining an automation. For example, you can choose the “original 3 copies (for the shipper)” document when sending the plain paper AWB through automation.

As part of our professional services, we are developing and implementing B2B integration solutions to allow your organization to exchange messages with any trading partner using Logitude Integration Platform to:
